The Pian Due Torri Cup – Memorial Rossi Piera is a promotional competition where athletes can compete in different non official categories divided for age (where number of participants are less than three, different age will compete together) and technical level.
The goal of Pian Due Torri Cup is to promote roller skating disciplines and to give a chance also to non-competitive athletes to participate in the same contest with roller skating’s champions.
Clubs and athletes that take part to the Pian Due Torri Cup can participate to the Rome International Trophy 2023 Opening Ceremony with their club’s flag or mascotte.
The competition will take place from 6 to 8 April 2023 on different tracks in Rome:
the sporting center “Tellene” in Via Claudio Villa (parquet 22x36)
the sporting palace “Pala Fonte” in via Roberto Ferruzzi 112 (two rinks in parquet: upper arena 18x38 and lower arena 20x40)
Roman Sport City, via pontina vecchia km 30 (pista in parquet 20x40)
the sporting center “G. Fiorini”, via tito 40 (parquet, 20x40)

Training and Competitions
The competitions and training sessions will be open to the public compatibly with the regulations provided for at the time of the event. The organization reserves the right, regardless of the regulations in force, to limit the number of people who will be able to access the competition facilities. In any case, the presence within the competition venues of the athletes, coaches, managers, judges and personnel of the event actually engaged in the competitions or training sessions in progress will be guaranteed.
Streaming, Photos and Videos
The competitions from Palatorrino will be streamed. From other rinks competitions could be or not be streamed. All athletes who want to participate agree to be filmed and streamed on the official channels of the organization. Inside the event there will be a photographer and official video footage. The organization reserves the right to use this material for promotional purposes, by inserting the images of the event on the website dedicated to the trophy and on the channels reserved for the organization.
Opening Ceremony
The opening ceremony will take place on Thursday 6 April at the Palatorrino Sporting Palace. All clubs are invited to participate with the club uniform and possibly, for those who have it, with the club banner or flag.
Catering, transport and tourism
All facilities are equipped with a bar and refreshment point.
It will be possible to request the shuttle service to and from the hotel/lifts by reservation by sending an e-mail to: casertano.bus@gmail.com (travel times and prices will be agreed with the owner of the company)
It will be possible to organize guided tours of Rome and the Vatican by contacting the association "I Gatti del Foro" by 24 February 2023 at the e-mail address: prenotazioni@gattidelforo.it
Field Test
It will be available extra time for track testing on payment.
The time schedule of the field tests will be announced with the final program of the Trophy.
Payment for track testing:
- for freeskating, figures, solo dance and inline categories is 8€ each athlete for 20 minutes
The payment of field test should be done through bank transfert.
The payment have to be done before march 17th.

Each club or national team can compete for the trophy.
Each participant club may bring up to 30 athletes for individual free
Assignement of the individual and club points
1st place – gold medal
2nd place – silver medal
3rd place – bronze medal
From 4th onwards no medal
Assignement Pian due Torri Cup – general classification
The winner of the Pian Due Torri Cup will be the Club or National Team that will obtain the highest number of gold medals, than silver medals, than bronze medals. Will be awarded the first three clubs.

Can perform only two foot upright spins
Footwork:
It is allowed only coreographic movements, it is not allowed footwork
Group 2 (min 2.00/max 2.30)

Sequences and combinations can be executed (max 3 jumps)

Can perform only two foot and/or single back inside upright spin

Group 5 (min 2.30/max 3.00)

One single upright spin have to be done
Upright spin combination are allowed. Max 2 combinations (max 1 change)

Group 7 (min 2.30/max 3.00)
Jumps (max 14 jumps totally, max 2 combinations):
Max. jumps of one (1) revolution + axel (it is not allowed to perform the same jump more than 3 times)
axel (only as single jump)
Combinations can be executed (from 2 to 5 Jumps) only with one revolution jumps and have to be different
Spins (max 3 spins elements):
One single spin could be done (upright spin or back inside sit spin)
Only upright spin combination are allowed. Max 2 combinations (max 3 changes of position)
